My dream, for the past two years, has been to help people make the Income they need in life, so that the burden of making money could be lifted from them. My thought has always been this; that if I helped people earn the money they needed for their earthly needs, they would be more willing and able to concentrate on their Spiritual Needs, and thereby Glorify God. It did not seem like an unreachable goal and I just knew in my heart that God would reward me for helping other people realize "their dream" of being financially independent.
After all, Internet Marketing is not rocket science. In fact, making money on the Internet can be fairly simple for people who have a Vision, a Goal and the Persistence to follow that vision to complete success.
But as I tried to fulfill my passion for helping people "Learn How to Earn" on the Internet, I still had some self-issues that needed attention. Even though I have worked very hard and always tried to deliver more than people should expect from me, I was really just "treading water". Most affiliates and sub-affiliates will either quickly give up, or never really even try, if they are Not Really Invested in their Online business.
Even if you provide the best tips and techniques, most people will not take them seriously, unless they have to pay for them.
People need a Simple step-by-step process to follow, until they gain enough experience and insight to work on their own.
I expected more out of people than they were going to actually give. (people outside of the church (like my Biz Team) are no different than those who are inside of the church))

After years of making cash with Internet and Affiliate Marketing, I have learned a great deal about what it takes to have a successful Online business. But I was making a fatal mistake by deferring much of the time and energy I needed to be putting into making money for my family's needs, in order to supply Free lessons, tips and techniques for the people I was trying to coach in my business team. I know the key elements that build a successful Internet Biz, but I was expecting too much out of my business team. I was expecting more from them than the people in my church. I have since realized what I should have already known, that a business team is no different than a church. The basic elements needed for a successful church are:
A Simple Place of Worship.
A Group of baptized believer's to assemble, fellowship and praise God, inside and outside of the church. (people who will refer and promote the church)
A Group of believer's that share the same Vision and are united in Mind and Spirit.
An excited group of people with a Clear Goal of referring and promoting the Gospel (good news) of Jesus Christ to people that Need and Desire God in their life (our product).
Believers that are willing to grow and learn, and are excited about teaching others to do the same.
Programs and a Concrete Plan to produce Action and "Fruit" to the Lord. (the finished product of our labor is people with a renewed relationship with God and Eternal Security (referred to as "saved souls")).
We find these same key elements in an Online Business:
A Simple Web Site or Blog (or Social Profile).
Partners or team members to help advertise, refer and promote the Site.
Traffic, Traffic, and more Traffic. (people who become excited about your product or service, and willingly refer and share what you have to offer)!
Both Customers, and Team Members, that believe in, and Promote, a Good and Useful Product (something people need or desire).
Programs and a Concrete Plan to produce Sales (the final objective of any business is to make Money).
I have had my share of small successes and trickles of dependable cash, but I was a program hopper and a procrastinator. If a program did not produce results within a reasonable amount of time, I would go and try something new. What was I doing wrong. I put in a lot of hard work, but never seemed to get the kind of results that I could count on in order to make a full-time career in marketing.
I knew traditional methods of marketing that, if used long enough, would eventually lead to an Online Income.
